Do I have to block dates for my own use?
Yes, just let us know in advance — no charges for those dates except the cleaning fee and limited free staying period

How do I get paid?

What if there's damage by a guest?
If the guest booked through Airbnb, eligible damages below RM100 are typically covered by Airbnb's AirCover protection, subject to Airbnb's terms and approval. Palmstaytion will assist the owner throughout the claims process.
Can I cancel the contract anytime?
